The Adopt Me Calculator on this page is a free, instant trade value checker for the Roblox game
Adopt Me!. You can add pets, eggs, and items to two sides of a trade, switch their variants
(Default, Ride, Fly, Neon, or Mega), and see immediately whether the offer is a win,
a fair trade, or a lose — without leaving this page or signing up.
Trading is one of the most popular parts of Adopt Me!. Players collect pets from eggs, hatch
them, age them up, and exchange them with other players to build the collection they want. The
problem is that Adopt Me! has no in-game value indicator, so every trade depends on community
consensus about what a pet is worth. That is what this calculator solves. Our database tracks
average community values for hundreds of pets and items, including variants, and adds them up

How to Use the Trade Calculator
The calculator is designed to be fast. You do not need to create an account, install anything,
or wait for results — everything updates live as you type. Here is the simple workflow:
Step 1 — Add your offer
Click the left "Your Offer" area and pick the pets or items you are giving away. Use the search
bar to find any pet by name. You can add the same pet more than once if you are offering
multiples.
Step 2 — Add their offer
Do the same on the right "Their Offer" side with everything the other player is giving you.
Both sides update their running totals as you add items.
Step 3 — Switch variants where needed
Each pet card has variant buttons: D (Default), R (Ride),
F (Fly), N (Neon), and M (Mega). Tap the
correct variant for each pet — variants change a pet's value significantly, so this step matters.
Step 4 — Read the verdict
The center panel shows the difference between the two sides and a verdict label: WIN
if you are gaining value, FAIR if both sides are close, and LOSE
if you would be giving away more than you receive. Use this as a guide, not a hard rule — final
trade decisions are always yours.
Understanding Pet Variants
Variants are special forms a pet can take in Adopt Me!, and each variant changes its trade value.
The calculator lets you switch between all five common variants for every supported pet. Here is
what each one means in plain terms:
Default (D)
The pet in its basic form, with no Fly or Ride potions used. This is the baseline value.
Ride (R)
A Ride Potion has been used, letting you ride the pet. Adds a small to moderate value bump.
Fly (F)
A Fly Potion has been used. Usually adds a bigger value bump than Ride, as Fly Potions are rarer.
Neon (N)
Created by combining four fully grown pets of the same type. Glowing in the dark. Significantly more valuable than Default.
Mega (M)
Created by combining four fully grown Neon pets — sixteen original pets total. The rarest variant and the most valuable.
How Are Adopt Me Values Calculated?
Adopt Me values are not set by the developers — they emerge from how the community trades. We
look at large samples of actual trades, popular trading servers, and community trade tier lists,
then take a reasonable middle estimate for each pet. That is the value the calculator uses. We
update the database regularly as new pets are released and as community demand shifts after
events, updates, and unboxing seasons.
Because values shift over time, treat every result as a snapshot of "right now" rather than a
permanent price. A pet that traded for a Mega Neon a year ago may be worth less today, and a
pet that was cheap at release can climb in value once it goes off-sale. Always re-check before
making a big trade.
What Makes a Trade "Fair"?
A fair trade is one where both sides walk away feeling like they got equal value. In the
calculator, "fair" means the total values on both sides are within a reasonable margin of each
other — not necessarily identical to the penny. Real trades almost never balance to the exact
same number, and a small gap of a few percent is normal.
However, there are several situations where the calculator's verdict is only a starting point:
- Pets you really want. If you are trying to complete a collection, you may
accept a small "lose" to finally get the pet you have wanted for months. That is still a good
trade for you personally.
- Off-sale pets. Once a pet stops being available, its value usually climbs.
A pet listed as "lose" today might be a smart long-term hold.
- Demand vs. value. A pet might have a high value but very low demand, which
makes it hard to trade later. Highly tradable pets are often worth a small premium even if their
listed value is lower.
Tips for Safer Adopt Me Trading
- Always check both sides in the calculator before accepting. Even if a trade
looks fair at a glance, multiple pets can add up unexpectedly.
- Watch out for variant scams. Some traders show a Neon or Mega thumbnail
but offer the Default version. Always confirm the variant in-game before locking in.
- Beware of "overpay" pressure. If someone insists you "have to overpay" for
their pet, recheck the value here — they may be testing whether you know the trade is bad.
- Never trade outside the Roblox trade window. Anyone asking you to give a
pet first and "trust them" is almost always trying to scam you.
- Compare to recent trades. If you are trading rare items, scroll trading
Discords or YouTube clips of recent trades involving the same pet to confirm the value still
holds.

Why does the value of a pet I owned change?
Pet values move as supply and demand change. Pets that go off-sale tend to rise; pets that
are heavily farmed during an event tend to fall. This is normal and happens with every popular
trading game.
I don't see a pet in the calculator. What should I do?
Use the search bar — many pets have multiple names. If a pet still seems missing, it may be
too new or too rare to have a stable community value yet. Check back after the next update.
