We love hearing from the Adopt Me! community. Whether you have spotted a value that looks off, want a pet added to the database, found a bug in the calculator, or just have a suggestion to make AMC better, we want to hear it. The easiest way to reach us is by email, and we usually reply within a few business days.

What to Include for Faster Replies
To help us help you quickly, please include the following details when relevant:
- For value corrections: pet name, variant (Default, Ride, Fly, Neon, or Mega), the value AMC currently shows, what you think the value should be, and one or two recent trades that support your suggestion.
- For bug reports: the device you used (phone or desktop), the browser (Chrome, Safari, etc.), what you were trying to do, and what happened instead. A screenshot helps a lot.
- For pet requests: the exact pet name as it appears in Adopt Me!, the rarity tier, and where the pet comes from (egg, event, gift, etc.).
A Note on Trade Disputes
We get messages from time to time asking us to confirm whether a real trade was fair after it has already happened. Unfortunately, we cannot mediate trade disputes between players, and we are not connected to Roblox or Uplift Games in any way. If you believe you have been scammed in Adopt Me!, the right place to report it is directly to Roblox support through the in-game help system.
We also cannot reverse trades, recover lost pets, restore accounts, or contact other players on your behalf. Anyone claiming to be from AMC and offering those services is almost certainly trying to scam you further. If you are unsure, write to us at the email above and we will confirm whether a message is genuinely from us.
How Long Replies Usually Take
Most messages get a response within a few business days. Simple questions tend to get answered fastest, while value-correction requests need more time because they go through the same review process as the rest of the database — we look at recent trades, compare against community lists, and only then decide whether to adjust the listed number. If your message is urgent for a specific trade you are about to make, please double-check the value yourself against other community sources rather than waiting on us, because we may not be able to reply in time for a live trade.
During busy periods such as after major Adopt Me! events, holiday weekends, or large updates, replies can take a little longer. We still read every message, even when there's a backlog, and we work through the inbox in the order it arrived.
Press, Partnerships and Media Inquiries
If you are a content creator, journalist, YouTuber, or community organiser and you would like to feature AMC in your work, use the calculator in a video, or discuss a partnership, please email us at contact@adoptmecalculation.com with the subject line "Press" or "Partnership." Let us know the platform you create on, your audience size if relevant, and what you are planning. We are generally happy to support trustworthy creators who help the Adopt Me! community trade safer.
We do not accept paid placements that affect the values in our database, and we do not offer "verified trader" badges, paid value boosts, or anything similar. If a partnership would conflict with that independence, we will respectfully decline.
Privacy When You Contact Us
When you send us an email or use the contact form on this page, we only see the information you choose to include in the message. We do not collect your IP address through the form, we do not store messages on this website, and we do not pass your email address to anyone outside the small team that handles support. After a message is resolved, the email thread stays in our inbox so we can refer back to past conversations if you reach out again, but it is never shared, sold, or used for marketing.
If you would prefer to send a value correction or bug report without sharing your real name, that is fine — just use a nickname or your Roblox username. We do not need your legal name to fix a value or investigate a bug. For privacy requests under data protection laws, please write to privacy@adoptmecalculation.com and we will respond within the time required by the regulation that applies to you.
