Frequently Asked Questions

Get quick, clear answers about how the Adopt Me calculator works, how Adopt Me values are determined, and how to use the trade value checker to compare trades more confidently, so you never get the short end of a deal again

What is the Adopt Me calculator?

The Adopt Me calculator is a free trade value checker that helps you instantly compare offers in Roblox Adopt Me trading. Simply add your items and theirs, the calculator pulls in up-to-date Adopt Me values across pet variants, accessories, and more, then gives you a clear trade total so you can see at a glance whether a deal is fair or not.

Does the Calculator Support Fly, Ride, Neon, and Mega Pets?

Yes, the Adopt Me calculator fully supports both standard and variant-based pet values. This includes Fly Ride Neon Mega values for pets across the board. Whether you're trading a Fly pet, a Ride pet, a Neon, or a Mega, the AMC calculator pulls the correct variant value automatically, including supported Fly Ride and Neon Mega combinations where trade data is available, so your totals always reflect the real worth of what's on the table.

How Do I Know If a Trade Is Fair in Adopt Me?

Add your items to one side and their items to the other inside the Adopt Me trade calculator. The tool automatically totals both offers using the latest Adopt Me values from the Adopt Me pets value list and instantly flags whether the deal is a win, an Adopt Me fair trade, or a loss, no guesswork, no getting scammed. If the numbers don't balance, you'll know exactly which side is overpaying before you ever hit accept.

Can I Use the Adopt Me calculator on Mobile?

Yes, the Adopt Me calculator is fully responsive and built to work smoothly on any device. The item modal is optimized for mobile use, so browsing by category, searching for specific pets, and selecting variant options like Fly Ride Neon Mega values all work cleanly on a small screen. Whether you're trading on the go or mid-game on your phone, the Adopt Me trade calculator keeps up without any clunky zooming or layout breaks.

Are All Fly Ride Neon Mega Combo Variants Supported?

Supported combinations depend on the value data currently loaded in the Adopt Me calculator. Where exact Fly Ride Neon Mega values are available, such as a Fly Ride or Neon Mega combo, the AMC calculator uses those precise figures for the most accurate trade total possible. For combinations not yet in the Adopt Me pets value list, the calculator automatically falls back to the closest matching variant value, so your Adopt Me trade calculator results stay as reliable as the data allows.

Can I Compare Pets and Non-Pet Items in the Adopt Me Trade Calculator?

Yes, the Adopt Me trade calculator lets you mix and match everything in a single trade. Add pets, eggs, vehicles, pet wear, food, and more to either side, and the AMC calculator pulls the correct Adopt Me values for each item automatically. Whether you're checking if a Neon pet is worth a stack of vehicles or swapping accessories for eggs, the trade value checker totals everything together in one place, giving you a complete, accurate picture of what both sides of the deal are actually worth.

Why Do Adopt Me Pet Values Sometimes Change?

Adopt Me values are never truly fixed, they shift as the game evolves. Player demand, pet rarity, limited-time events, and broader Roblox Adopt Me trading trends all play a role in pushing values up or down over time. A pet that was worth a lot last month may trade differently today simply because the community moved on to newer items. That's why the Adopt Me trade calculator stays updated with the latest value data, so every time you run a trade value checker comparison, you're working off current numbers, not outdated ones that could cost you a good trade.

Where Do I Start With the Adopt Me calculator?

Getting started with the Adopt Me calculator is straightforward. Open the AMC calculator, add your items to the left side, then add the other player's offer to the right. The Adopt Me trade calculator instantly totals both sides using the latest Adopt Me values from the Adopt Me pets value list and displays the result in the trade bar at the bottom, so you can see at a glance whether you're getting an Adopt Me fair trade, a win, or a loss. No account needed, no setup required, just open, add, and trade smarter.

How Often Are the Values in the Calculator Updated?

The Adopt Me values database is reviewed and refreshed on a regular cycle. Major updates happen after big in-game events, when new pets release, when older pets go off-sale, and when there are noticeable demand shifts in the community. Smaller corrections — for example, when a specific pet starts trading consistently higher or lower than its listed value — get pushed in between cycles. If you spot a pet whose listed value seems clearly off compared to current trades, you can send a correction through the contact page and it will be reviewed in the next update batch.

Is the Adopt Me Calculator Affiliated With Roblox or Uplift Games?

No. AMC is an independent, fan-made tool that is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to Roblox Corporation or Uplift Games — the developers of Adopt Me!. All pet names, item names, and related Adopt Me terminology belong to their respective owners. We use those names only to identify the items being valued in the calculator. AMC does not access your Roblox account, does not require any login, and cannot make trades on your behalf inside the game.

What Are Neon and Mega Pets and Why Are They Worth So Much?

Neon pets are created by combining four fully grown pets of the same type at the Neon Cave inside the game. The result is a single glowing pet that is significantly rarer than the original four. Mega pets take this one step further — they require four fully grown Neon pets, which means a total of sixteen original pets had to be raised and combined to produce one Mega. Because of how much effort and luck Mega pets take to create, they sit at the top of the value chart for almost every pet line, and the calculator reflects that with much higher value totals when you select the Mega (M) variant.

What's the Difference Between "Value" and "Demand"?

Value is what a pet is generally worth based on community trading patterns — it's the number the calculator shows. Demand is how easy that pet is to actually trade away at its listed value. A pet can have a high value but low demand if very few players are looking for it, which means you might struggle to find a trade partner. The calculator focuses on value because it's the more objective measurement, but when planning a big trade, it's worth thinking about demand too. If a pet's demand has dropped, you may want to trade it now rather than hold and watch its value sink with it.

Why Does the Same Pet Have Different Values for Different Variants?

Each variant — Default, Ride, Fly, Neon, and Mega — represents a different level of rarity and effort, so each one carries a different value. A Default pet is simply the pet in its base form. A Ride or Fly version requires consumable potions, which themselves have value. A Neon requires four pets and time to age them up, and a Mega requires four Neons (sixteen original pets). The calculator stores separate value entries for each variant where data is available, so when you tap the D, R, F, N, or M button on a pet card, the total updates to match that exact variant's worth.

Can I Save or Share My Trade Comparison?

The Adopt Me calculator runs entirely in your browser and is built to be fast rather than to store trades. To share a comparison, the easiest method is to take a screenshot of the trade with both sides filled in and send it to your trade partner — this also gives them a clear record of what you were both proposing. Right now there isn't a built-in "save trade" or "share link" feature, but it's on the list of improvements being considered for future updates based on community feedback.

What Should I Do If I Think I've Been Scammed?

If you believe you have been scammed in Adopt Me!, the right place to report it is directly through Roblox support inside the game or on the official Roblox website. AMC is an independent calculator and is not able to reverse trades, recover lost pets, or contact Roblox on your behalf. To avoid scams in the first place: always confirm pet variants before locking a trade, never trade outside the in-game trade window, never accept a request to "give first and trust me," and run the offer through the calculator before tapping accept. If something feels off, walk away — there will always be another trade.

Why Do Some Trades Look Unbalanced But Players Still Accept Them?

There are several common reasons a trade that looks "lose" on the calculator still happens. The first is collection value — a player may want a specific pet badly enough to overpay to finally complete a set. The second is off-sale potential — pets that are no longer obtainable tend to rise in value over time, so a small overpay today can be a smart investment tomorrow. The third is liquidity — players sometimes trade down to a single high-demand pet because it's easier to retrade later than holding many smaller pets. The calculator gives you the numbers; the personal value of a trade is always your own call.

Does the Calculator Track Eggs, Vehicles, and Accessories?

Yes — the database covers more than just pets. Eggs, vehicles, pet wear, strollers, and other tradeable items are included where reliable community values exist. You can mix and match them on either side of a trade, and the totals will add up correctly. If you're trading a stack of accessories against a single rare pet, the calculator will give you a clear total for both sides so you can see whether the bundle of smaller items actually adds up to the pet's worth.

I Found a Pet That Isn't in the Calculator. What Now?

If a pet is missing from the calculator, it usually falls into one of three categories. It's a very new release that hasn't yet developed a stable community trade value — these get added once the value settles. It's an extremely rare or one-off pet with too little public trade data to estimate fairly. Or it's listed under a slightly different spelling — try searching with shorter keywords. If none of those apply, send a quick request through the contact page with the pet's exact in-game name and we'll look at adding it in the next database update.

Is the Calculator Safe to Use? Does It Need My Roblox Login?

The Adopt Me calculator is completely safe to use and never asks for your Roblox login, password, or any account information. It runs in your browser, on the same page you're reading right now, and only stores small preferences like cookie consent on your own device. No one from AMC will ever ask for your Roblox credentials, and no legitimate Adopt Me calculator ever needs them. If any site or person asks for your password to "calculate values" or "boost trades," that's a scam — close the page and never share your login.
